There is nothing to fear... EVER!

Unless you've lived under a rock for the last several months, you know that our US economy has drastically gone downhill.

And on and off for even longer, they have had "scare" after "scare" in regards to tainted food.

The latest thing that the news media is running with is this whole "swine flu" virus that has everyone going wacko. (I heard that a lot of stores are running out of medical masks. People are buying them like candy!)

What do all of these things have in common? They all promote "fear" in most people. But are they really affecting you?

Over 2 years ago now, my "guides" told me how we need to prepare for the "coming changes" that are about to unfold on our planet. They told me that there is a "6 step process to prepare" and the very first step is "Peace and Harmony". When they gave me this information (and they guided me to teach classes on these things), one of the areas they covered was "fear and stress". Instead of me writing out everything they said, I'm just going to "copy and paste" (below) what they told me to teach in that particular class. (This is what I taught before we cleared fear and stress from those who attended.)

Teach about how nothing is real. How emotions are only human and only perceived as real. In the spirit world, there are no emotions to be afraid of, no stress to have. That is only in the mind. That it has nothing to do with being in your heart. The heart is your connection to the most real. Your mind and your world only show reflections of your fears. There really is nothing to be afraid of. You only need worry about your spirit, your soul and there is really nothing to worry about there either. There only is the “I am” and that is all. Fear is an illusion, as we have said; it is only a matter of perception. If you trust that you will be taken care of by the all mighty, then would you still have use for fear? No. You would only need to have faith that all will be well no matter what. There are lessons to be learned in life and this one is a lesson for all of humanity. That there really is never any reason to have fear if you have true faith and trust.

Stress
Again, this is a fear of what could happen. And again, if you trust and have faith, then there is nothing really to stress about. Think of your life as a novel that is being written. You may choose what directions you wish to take and if you take a direction that does not bring you joy, then that is ok. You can still take another direction. Life is limitless as to what you may have and there is always another way. You alone have choice as to what you may have. If you learn to trust and have faith in yourself and your creator, then nothing will harm you. Your spirit may not be harmed anyway. And if you ever come across a time when your body is in potential danger, then just having faith will always pull you through.

Fear and stress both are bad on your body and do not serve you at all. The only way that they could possibly serve you is to point you in other directions. To point you towards safety or to tell you what you do not wish to have.

Personally, I think this is all great advice and the way we should all think, believe, and LIVE! But, as I've said in a previous post, follow what your own instincts or your own intuition tells you. Are you on your right path? Your emotions (and your heart) will guide you well.

Enjoy your "fear and stress free" life!

(PS. If you need assistance in releasing "fear" and/or "stress" in your life, you may want to seek out help from a counselor, a therapist, or someone who is an "energy healer" and/or "energy worker".)

Trust your own instincts

Many years ago when I first started going to metaphysical classes with my parents, we heard the best advice: "take in what feels right to you and throw out the rest". I encourage you to do the same.

There are a lot of people out there telling us what's going on in the world, what's changing, how we're connected to the spirit world, etc. (I know, ironically I'm one of them.) But ultimately, you have to trust what your own "gut" tells you to believe. Just because something is true for some people doesn't mean it's true for you too.

If you read my earlier post about how we're all evolving, you read where I wrote that we are all becoming psychic. I understand that a lot of people don't resonate with that word (personally, I prefer "intuitive"), but you can likely relate to having "instincts" (which can be the same thing). It doesn't matter what you call it, just know that there is a force inside you that tells you to do this or that or believe this or that. And THAT is what you should pay attention to.

I like to say we all have something similar to a GPS system, but ours is an IGS system (Internal Guidance System). It tells us what to do, where to go, whom to be with, etc. This guidance is for our benefit and should always be listened to.

Listen to the message, not the messenger.

There are people who follow "leaders" in our world and believe everything they say because of who the "leader" is. And there are people in this world who believe everything that is written ("it has to be true or it wouldn't have been published" - not). I highly encourage you to take "judgment" out of the equation and just go by what feels right (internally) to you. To do that, just take in the information, sit with it awhile (you can close your eyes and let the thoughts come to you) and then decide how it feels to you. If it feels good, keep it; if it doesn't sit well, let it go. It could be a truth for someone else, but if it doesn't feel right to you, it isn't right for you.

One final note. Along your life's path, you may find that some "truths" may change for you. In other words, what may be "right" for you now may not be so later and vice versa. This is due to the fact that you are ever-changing and ever-evolving. As you change, your world (and your viewpoint) changes. Just go with the flow and follow the guidance you have. It will always lead you to your best benefit.

I am THAT, I am

Last year, I saw a movie that came out called "The Moses Code". In this movie, they talk about how in the bible when Moses says "I am that I am", that the key missing piece is a comma. In the way they explain it in the movie, it makes a lot of sense. ("I am that, I am.")

We are all our own little "I am" presence. Whatever we say after "I am...", we are resonating with it's vibration and ultimately we are pulling more of the like vibrations into our existence. You don't have to believe this for it to be true for you; this is one of our "universal laws" that just is, no matter what you may believe.

For instance, if you say "I am tired", you will continue to feel tired. If you say "I am blessed", you will attract more blessings into your life.

What are you saying "I am" to?

I invite you to do something similar to what I just did today. Think about what you would like to resonate with in your life. (Meaning, what do you want to attract more of into your life?) Once you decide what you would like to resonate with, type it out, print it and stick it on a wall where you will see it often and read it to yourself every time you see it. Here are a few examples:

I am love
I am appreciation
I am blessed
I am complete
I am worthy
I am happy
I am content

or even...

I am a brand new silver BMW

You can write anything you want to resonate with (attract to you) after "I am", just remember one thing; only write "I am...", never "I am not...". Our subconscious minds don't recognize the word "not"; it only hears and processes the rest of what we say and/or think. So when you write your "I am" statements, be conscious of what you are saying you are resonating with.

Happy conscious resonating!

What "change" is happening?

We have been evolving ever since we came to be on this Earth. However, now we are evolving at a much quicker rate than we ever have in the past. There are a few dozen or so people who have been telling us of our evolution for 20+ years, but it is only in the last 8 or so years that more and more (common) people are starting to notice what is going on. And as the years pass still, more and more people will rapidly open up to and notice the changes as well.

So what is happening?

We, as a species, are evolving spiritually.

In other words, you are evolving to be able to better "connect" (communicate) with spirits, your guides, angels, and even your "creator". Some things you may notice:
  • You may start to notice that you are becoming more "psychic". (You just "know" things.)
  • You may start to "feel" or "sense" energy around you.
  • You may start to "see" things not previously visible to the naked eye.
  • You may start to "smell" and/or "taste" things that aren't there.
  • You may even start noticing that you are able to "move" energy (and objects) with just your thoughts.
There are countless other things you may notice in your evolution as well. For now, just know that you are NORMAL to be going through the changes that you may notice. There's nothing wrong with you. In fact, going through this change is neccessary. So don't fight evolution... embrace it!

Evolution - Introduction

We (our planet) are in the middle of a grand scale evolution. One that has been foretold of by many ancient civilizations. You may be one of those who have felt this subtle change that has been happening for the past 20+ years, or you may be only just recently starting to feel the effects. Either way, you feel that "change" is happening; though you may not know what it is that IS happening.

The purpose of me writing this blog is to inform you as to what my guides tell me of (what to expect, how you can help your evolutionary process, etc) and share with you the knowledge that I have collected over the 25+ years that I have been into metaphysics and spirituality.

This is only the beginning. The beginning of a beautiful evolutionary process! Stayed tuned for updates!
